Today Dj Commish, who airs Mondays thru Thursdays 4pm~6pm, on www.urbanlatinoradio.com Commish played a new Jazmine Sullivan Track called ~Holding you down. Very Nice!
At first the beat is from MaryJ Blige *Happy*,then switches and you hear the*Affirmative Action* beat from Nas presents the firm~ Both sounds are then blended.
Jazmines usual soulful voice is heaven to the ears. Jazmines range is reminiscent of the Lauren Hill we all love and miss. The song’s topic of going in circles is relate able. Everyone’s been in a situation you shouldn’t be in and stubbornly held on or still holding onto listen!

Omg the book is finally here and I’m so effin excited. The book is called, “Are You Fierce, Focused & Fabulous or Just Another DUMB BITCH??!” Warning: The title speaks for it self I might add. The book is not intended to tare women down but to Empower them! It’s purpose is to give women a chance to step back and re-evaluate any situation that they may be in, where they are conducting themselves like a DUMB BITCH!
I must say being there from the beginning of this book process I’m so happy for you Nadia aka MsSoSick! Not only was I able to be on set for the cover of the book, I was able to be one of the first people to read the book and I love it. For me I think everyone had been in one of these situations she addresses in the book. From being with ungrateful men to just being another chic on the side it’s all there for you in simple terms on what NOT to do! One of my favorite chapters is titled, “Low Self-Esteem/Desperation in NOT cute you DUMB BITCH it’s a Killer.” I love the way she gives lessons on the matter especially telling people if they have low self esteem maybe now is NOT the time to look for a man.
A lot of people fail to realize that in order for you to love someone else you must always love yourself first.
Oh yeah I been in this situation lol so toodles to you dumb bitches who try to keep a nigga with his baby is also discussed in the book. So with that being said every one should buy two copies because if we all don’t know two dumb bitches the one you do know hangs with one….. Vinaigrette dressings have low to zero fat and calorie count.
Plan on attending a BBQ, eat a light Breakfast. Evening BBQ, eat light Breakfast and lunch. While at the BBQ still make good choices Do you need the bread each time with the hamburger, cheeseburger, hot dog. If you have a high calorie indulgence day, eat healthier and lighter the following day. Avoid eating and going directly too sleep, or late at night. Drink Lots of water it naturally flushes and replenishes body. Enjoy Summer!

Khloe recently dropped an estimated $400,000 on her congratulatory present for her husband.
According to E! News, Khloe bought Lamar a new Rolls Royce to celebrate his 2010 NBA championship title with the Los Angeles Lakers. Kris Jenner dished about the lavish gift in an interview with E! News. “It’s a brand new 2010 Rolls Royce…drop-top coupe, white on white,” says Jenner. “It was a Lakers championship present. Fabulous!”
Lamar was spotted taking his family out for a test drive on Sunday evening. Lamar brought his three children along for a Father’s Day celebration with Khloe’s entire family. The group dined at family favorite Boa in West Hollywood.

David Makoeya, a 61-year-old man from the small village of Makweya, Limpopo province, fought with his wife and two children for the remote control on Sunday because he wanted to watch Germany play Australia in the World Cup. The others, however, wanted to watch a gospel show.
