The new iPod Touch is now much thinner than the previous version and will have a feature available in iPhone 4 called Face Time that allows users to chat face to face using the newly installed front-camera. Aside from that, it will also have a back-camera and a retina display. The new iPod Touch 4G will cost $229 for 8Gb, $299 for 32GB, and $399 for 64GB and will become available next week. It is almost the same as the iPhone and it doesn’t need a contract. The iPod Touch has a built-in mic and two cameras with apps like FaceTime and Skype.

The porsche 918 spyder hybrid is a go for production. The test version has been driven in Monterey… and got coverage at the Pebble Beach Concur’s d Elegance. The 918 spyder hybrid is expected to drop year 2014 with style and performance upgrades. According to what Auto car reports, insiders at the Pebble Beach event reveal that the company plans to increase both the power and displacement of the petrol engine for the production model of 918 Spyder. The car will thus be more powerful than its 500 bhp V8 petrol engine and electric motors that produce a combined output of 712 bhp.

They also revealed that 918 was being developed wearing Boxster and Cayman bodies and that it would be offered in both hard-top and soft-top forms for production. Amongst the other modifications will be more aluminium on the front-end and side exhausts pushed back at the rear. The concept’s 22-inch alloys are unlikely to make to the production model.

Also the Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid will get a touch-screen infotainment system and side mirrors will be replaced by the cameras, with the images appearing on the instrument cluster.

Porsche has now decided to build a total 1200 units of its 918 Spyder that the Stuttgart automaker will price more than £400,000.

iPhone4

Apple recently released it iPhone 4 on June 24th with pre-orders avail on July 14 or 15th…. one or the other I pre-ordered. Like a kid in a candy shop when the phone dropped guess what? I had my hands on one. I couldn’t wait for someone I knew to have one so I could face time and eventually someone did get one. The face time experience made me love the phone even better. Like everything new you love it and you never see the flaws right away…… oh yes like everything and everyone we all have flaws.
