According to TMZ sources .. Jennifer Lopez is in the final stages of negotiations with “American Idol”.

TMZ reports contrary to some news reports … there has been no drama and no diva demands. As one source puts it, “It’s been typical negotiating.”the deal could be inked as early as next week.

“Idol” sources told TMZ the producers believe Jennifer is the key to re-energizing the show.

The new iPod Touch is now much thinner than the previous version and will have a feature available in iPhone 4 called Face Time that allows users to chat face to face using the newly installed front-camera. Aside from that, it will also have a back-camera and a retina display. The new iPod Touch 4G will cost $229 for 8Gb, $299 for 32GB, and $399 for 64GB and will become available next week. It is almost the same as the iPhone and it doesn’t need a contract. The iPod Touch has a built-in mic and two cameras with apps like FaceTime and Skype.

A gunman possibly carrying explosives has entered the headquarters of the Discovery Channel building.. where shots were heard being fired.. One confirmed hostage has been taken according to police and witnesses in Silver Spring, MD.

Employees at the building were told to take cover in locked offices.. The police have sent SWAT teams to the area and sealed off nearby roads.The FBI and agents from ATF  including explosives experts also rushed to the building.

Capt. Paul Starks said the gunman was an Asian man who had what may be an explosive device strapped to his body. Starks said, “there may be other potential devices with the gunman.”

The captain said, “His beef is with The Discovery Channel.”

One witness, project manager Ari Fischer said he returned to the building at 1 p.m. following lunch and peered into the lobby before being told to flee from the building. Fischer says he saw the gunman holding a security guard at his side with 12 hostages laying on the floor of the lobby.

“We couldn’t see the weapon. We peered in and could make out his silhouette. We saw him holding a security guard at his side. There were other people on the floor… a dozen or so,” Fischer told ABCNews.com from a locked building across the street.

A daycare is also inside of this building with over 100 kids luckily they been safely evacuated from the building. This story is still unfolding and will keep you abreast as it does.

YBF spotted comedian Mike Epps in a wheel chair at LAX Airport Sunday. I wonder what the hell happened to him as YBF didn’t have a reason for his wheel chair or cane…. I’m sure TMZ will have an update as no one else seems to know why! I will keep you all posted!

Model Kerry Schwartz best known for being on the vh1 reality show Frank The Entertainer, noticed a red spot on her thigh, she thought it was a bug bite that would go away… Then it got bigger and more painful. The pain wasn’t the only thing that concerned her.. Schwartz said it fealt like something was moving around in her leg!

Schwartz went to the emergency room, where a doctor cut open the lump. The Doctor explined larvae or some kind of insect eggs inside the leg. The eggs where removed the fly may have gotten in through a cut or from shaving.

I don’t shave I wax… and after hearing about this rare but occcuring incidnet #Teamwax for life I will never use a razor again cause nicks are a high possiblity and I don’t want a bug to implant me with it’s eggs. OMG! The mere thought I’m disgusted. At least the eggs where removed before they hatched. Kerry has to be trumatized behind this I would. The whole in her leg is huge.
